We want you to be happy with BillBasket App. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Free plan

Our Starter plan is free forever. No payment, no refund needed.

Paid plans

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
• For annual plans, refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a pro-rata basis.
• Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How to request a refund
